Turn your website into a customer generating machine that generates quality leads and books out your schedule.
Most detailers think a website is about making it look “sleek and modern” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. You can spend thousands of dollars and dozens of hours making your site look perfect and it still won’t bring you any leads or customers.
You need people finding your website on Google, clicking on it, and giving you a call for filling out an online form. That’s what turns your website into a customer generating machine.
These are the backend numbers of Google Search Console and Google Business Profile. This is what grows your business day-after-day:
This is search engine optimization (SEO). It’s an organic form of marketing where you rank your website on the first page of Google for specific keywords in your area.
Someone might search for ‘paint correction austin’ and your website will be one of the options that show up. They click on that link, they read your website, and then give you a call or submit a form.
This is the opposite of running ads on the Google Ads or Meta ads. That’s called pay-per-click and you pay Google or Meta to show your ad.
In other words, SEO is a “free” method to get customers while Google Ads and Meta ads requires you to spend money to get clicks and customers.
The goal is to create a powerful SEO website that’ll produce sustainable, long-term results.
This is a key fundamental part to growing your business. If you only rely on spending money on ads to get customers, things will only get more and more expensive for you.
But if you have an organic marketing channel that gets you “free” customers, then this creates more margin in your business.
A lot of detailers complain that their website doesn’t bring them any leads or customers. And it’s true. If your website isn’t properly optimized, you won’t get any results (even if you have the most modern looking website).
Of the hundreds of websites that I’ve seen over the years, it’s always the same common reasons that they’re not performing. The website only has a couple of pages with little to no content, no kind of optimization, or they put no thought into their Google Business Profile.

You need a simple, clean, and high-converting website. You don’t need an overly-designed website with special fonts and affects.
I’ve spoken with detailers who have paid $5,000 for a website that doesn’t bring them any paying customers.
Yes, the website looks fantastic, even better than mine, but it doesn’t actually grow your business.
I don’t focus on creating the most modern and groundbreaking websites. There’s companies that are making $10M to $300M in annual revenue and their websites are simple and clean.
Design makes your website look nice but optimization is what grows your business. Too many detailers get hyper-focused on design and spend thousands of dollars or dozens of hours designing it, but in the end, don’t get any results.
The primary method I’ve grown my detailing business over the last ten years is SEO. What I’ve done to stay on the top of the search results for a decade is the same system I use to optimize your website.
Every month, we’ll create and upload 2-pages that are fully optimized to your website. If you have a 10-page website, it’ll take us 5 months to complete your website. Here’s what it brings:
On-Page Optimization: This includes choosing the right keywords, optimizing the page title, meta description, URL, adding the proper H1 and H2 tags across the site, interlining across the pages, and so on. This is the technical side of SEO.
Quality Content Writing: On average, each page we create is going to be 1,000 words in length. This is quality content that we write to talk about your service, what it does, why someone needs it, the benefits of it, the process, and more. This isn’t some random AI written content that sounds like a robot.
Google Business Profile Optimization: Six years ago, this wasn’t as big of a deal as it is today. The Google Business Profile is what gets a majority of the clicks and having a properly optimized profile is essential.
It’s a flat monthly rate of $500 per month. But how long it takes depends on how many pages we’re going to create for you. If we determine you can have a 12 page website, and we deliver 2 pages per month, that means it’ll take us 6 months to complete your website. If you have a 9-page website, it’ll take us 3 months to complete the website.
You don’t pay us forever. You pay us until we’re done fully optimizing your website. There’s no contract. You can cancel or pause whenever you want. That being said, SEO is a very slow process. If two months into the process you want to cancel, you’re only hurting yourself since that’s simply not enough time for anything to happen.
This is a very systematized process to complete your website. Once you sign up, you’ll complete a 20ish question form so we can get the baseline information of your business, the services, service area, etc…
There’s three parts to the process. The first part is writing the content inside a Google Doc. The second part is we send you the Google Docs to review and add any feedback. Next, we upload the content to your website and make sure everything is properly optimized.
In short, it goes like this:
We’ll create a page schedule so you know what months you’re getting which pages. That way there’s no second-guessing what’s going on with your website. We already know in advance which months you’re getting what pages.
Results will vary from business to business. It’s as simple as that. Two of the same businesses, in the same area, offering the same kind of service, can have two completely different results.
It’s not just about getting leads. You have to take everything into consideration:
What city are you in? What’s the population? How competitive is your market? What services do you offer? What are your price points? How do you answer the phone? How many times do you follow up? How do you greet customers in person? Do you arrive on time? How many reviews do you have on your Google Business Profile?
You can get 100 leads in a month but if you have a 10% close ratio, that means out of 100 leads, you only booked in 10 customers. At that point, that has nothing to do with marketing or leads. That’s 100% on your business and sales process to improve those results.
There’s no one thing that grows your business. Marketing is important but it’s not everything. Sales is important but it’s not everything. Detailing is important but it’s not everything. You need all things to be optimized in order to maximize your results.
That’s why, for the duration of the service, you get access to my online training platform Detailers Growth Academy. I always recommend you to watch the Know Your Numbers module and the Sales module. These two things will dramatically change your business, regardless of the kind of marketing you’re doing right now.
If you’re at a 10% close ratio and you want to book 30 jobs per month, that means you would need 300 leads per month in order to hit your goal. That’s just crazy.
If you’re able to increase your close ratio from 10% to 25%, if you want 30 customers per month, you need 120 leads per month. If your close ratio was 50%, you’d only need 60 leads per month.
This is why it’s never just one thing that grows your business. You’ll learn all about that inside of Detailers Growth Academy.
How long does it take to get SEO results?
The reality is no one can guarantee you a specific timeline of results. I’ve worked with students in the past where they rank their website in three months and others where it takes twelve months. For me, when I started on my SEO, it took me nine months to see results.
That’s why you also get access to all of my training when you become a client. Depending on where you are in your business, you can implement the systems in the training to keep moving your business forward.
How long does it take to get results?
Generally speaking, it takes 6 to 9 months to see some kind of results. This is dependent on your market and competition. No two businesses, even in the same area, are going to have similar results. There’s so many nuanced things that go into generating results.
Do I own my website or do you own it?
You’re the full owner of the website! You’ll invite me to your website as an editor so I can make all the edits and such. Once the website is complete, you’ll simply remove me as a user and we’re done.
It may sound surprising, but other agencies won’t disclose this information and will require you to pay an additional $2,000 to $5,000 to get your website. You’re basically renting your own website without knowing. That’s not good.
Do you create a new website for me?
No, we use your current website unless you have some issues or need to start a new website from scratch. Aside from that, whether you use Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress, we’ll use that to optimize your website.
What’s the difference between this and all of your other courses?
This is my highest-level service I offer to detailers. It’s a done-for-you service where we’ll do all the heavy lifting. On top of that, you also get access to all of my training so you can learn and implement systems into your business.
“I paid $3,000 for a website but I’m not getting any customers. What’s wrong?”
Paying for a professional looking website doesn’t have any correlation to having a fully optimized website that generates leads. I’ve talked to many detailers who paid for a very nice looking website but doesn’t actually generate any results. That’s the difference between focusing on design versus optimization. Design makes a website look nice but optimization grows your business.
