When I first started my business, I wrote down every service I could possibly offer.
I figured the more services I offer, the greater chance I have of getting more customers and making more money because I can become a one-stop shop for detailing services.
However, that was a huge problem; I was trying to offer as many services to as many people as I could.
When you’re first starting, you only need to offer a handful of services for the first few years.
That’s what I’d do differently. Instead of buying so many tools and products and spending countless hours trying to be good at everything, I’d focus on becoming great at a few services.
