I took way too long deciding what services to offer when I first started my business

Oscar Gil, February 4th 2017

When I first started my business, I wrote down every service I could possibly offer.

I figured the more services I offer, the greater chance I have of getting more customers and making more money because I can become a one-stop shop for detailing services.

However, that was a huge problem; I was trying to offer as many services to as many people as I could.

When you’re first starting, you only need to offer a handful of services for the first few years.

That’s what I’d do differently. Instead of buying so many tools and products and spending countless hours trying to be good at everything, I’d focus on becoming great at a few services.

Now the question is what services should you offer?
How much time should those services take to complete?
What’s included in those services?
How do you go about selling those services?

There’s plenty of questions to ask, and if you’re serious about starting your detailing business, you need to build upon a strong foundation.

Otherwise, you’re not going to get many customers and not make the money you want to make.

Well today, I’m going to share with your the 9 services that you can offer when you’re just starting your detailing business.

Even till this day, I only offer 3 main services that make up for 80% of my revenue in my detailing business.

Everything is laid out in front of you. You just need to take the time and effort to choose which ones best fit your situation.
